This is a position for highly independent and motivated individuals to complete organizational and management tasks that support the productivity and growth of an entire organization and its individual departments or teams. This position reports to the APAC Research Manager and interfaces with CEO and other administrative staff in Funds Partnership Asia. Report to the Research Manager during period of traineeship.
Assist core sales team with resume formatting, data and CRM management.
Maintain and update of candidate documentation in alignment with local compliance regulations in CRM system.
Source for candidates to assist with recruitment activities.
Participate in the growth of new product offering of the company via assisting in all non-sales ad-hoc tasks
Conduct market research with professionals to ensure that information is kept abreast to industry standards
Prepare pitch materials to assist the local marketing team for business developmental needs
Constant update of information into firm’s CRM system
Participate in online & offline campaigns with local marketing teams to assist with firm’s go-to-market strategy.
