  • Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial work and a portfolio of clients
  • Organising board and shareholders’ meeting and preparation of board papers
  • Drafting and preparation of resolutions and minutes of meetings
  • Filing at ACRA and regulatory bodies
  • Maintaining proper statutory records
  • A levels or equivalent
  • Accounting background would be a plus
  • People focused
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently
