Handle day to day processing of transactions in the relevant operating systems such as inputting of loans, processing of loan draw downs, rollovers and repayment, maintenance of limits, updating of collateral information, etc.
Ensure disbursement instructions are processed timely and accurately.
Process project account claims in accordance with Housing and Developer’s Project Account Rules.
Liaise with business units and interdependency units with regards to the transactions handled.
Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance or Business Administration or related discipline from a recognized university.
Preferably with experience in loan/credit administration.
Good communication and problem solving skill.
Meticulous and able to perform multi task functions within tight timeline in a fast pace environment.
Good team player and organized with good time management skill
6 months contract, may convert to permanent if demonstrated satisfactory performance.
