. Plan and oversee crew change rotations, ensure that rotations are executed on a timely basis.
. Recruitment of competent crew and ensure that all crew requirements are met.
. Liaise / manage crew recruitment agencies.
. Perform pre-recruitment verification on crew qualifications, experiences and other recruitment documentations prior joining vessel.
. Manage and update crew files, certification and appraisal.
. Arrangement of crew trainings and medical as per requirements.
. Update and monitor crew change matrix, Electronic Crew Change via MPA (Marinet) and apply flag state endorsements for crew National COC, ensure compliance with regulations from relevant authorities.
. Prepare crew employment contracts, apply visa letter of guarantee and other related travel requirements.
. Arrange and coordinate air-ticket, transportation and hotel arrangements.
. Liaise with Ship Masters on the monthly salary documents submission. Prepare and manage crew payroll, crew claims, crew claims deductions, cash advance and invoice verification.
. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
. Min. ‘O’ Level / Diploma holder. Candidate with Diploma in Maritime Studies / Marine Engineering will be advantages.
. Min 1-2 years relevant experience preferably in Marine industry.
. Able to work well both independantly with minimum supervision and as a team in a fast-paced working environment.
. Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn and adaptable to changes.
. Posses good interpersonal and written skills.
. Proficient with MS Excel & MS Words.
