Job Description:

  • Customer Oriented with strong communication skills
  • Independent and able to work in fast pace environment
  • Min. 3 years of experience within the customer service function with supervisory experience
  • Monitor Digital Communication team performance to ensure Service Level Agreement is met;
  • Review and approve escalated appeals
  •  Manage difficult feedback / situations / complains and resolve any escalated cases assigned by Section Head;
  • Recommend new methods to improve operational effectiveness and customer experience;
  • To provide structured training schedule to train new joiners and guide junior staff members;
  • To provide personal development plans for staff’s progression
  • Evaluate the quality of service and be periodically involved in the calibration sessions with the Trainer;
  • At least Diploma from recognized institution;
  • Min. 3 years relevant experience specializing in Customer Service experience with supervisory experience;
  • Self motivated and ability to handle internal stakeholders
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork; and
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
