Job Description:

Role Responsibilities
  • Responsible for handling all customers’ enquiries, not limited to stock availabilities and sample requisitions
  • Liaise with Sales Personnel to process sales orders
  • Lead and see-through end-to-end delivery process of orders (from arrangement of deliveries to delivery date), ensuring no delay
  • Process/issue invoices and credit notes
  • Handle all claim matters on defects and wrong pricings, etc.
  • Handle returns enquiries and provide clear guidance to customers on return process
  • Prepare Proforma Invoice for advance payment and bank documents for L/C negotiaton
  • Arrange inspection by relevant government bodies as and when required by some regions
  • Arrange shipments with 3PLs and relevant forwarders (be mindful of special requests of other countries such as Stamping of Origin, SNI, CCC labelling, etc.)
  • Liaise with suppliers on special products availability
  • Provide / update information on status of backorders via Promise Date Reports
  • Follow up with customers to ensure on-time payments
  • Any other duties as and when required
Role Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service / Administration experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Meticulous and a faster learner
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Proactive and independent team player
  • Training will be provided for those without experience
