In this 9-months Customer Service Executive Program, you will receive mentorship and on-the-job training to gain exposure to the various NETS products and payment services. As you join the NETS Contact Centre, you will be given the opportunity to develop soft skills in customer-management and service excellence to help in your career growth!

Maintain accurate and thorough customer service records in internal systems
Any other administrative duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned
