Job Description
  • To provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • To assist in the execution of shopping mall’s promotion and redemption programmes.
  • To handle all customers’ enquiries and provide assistances as and when necessary to shoppers.
  • To ensure that the redemption process during the A&P promotion is carried out properly.
  • To provide administrative support to the Management Office whenever necessary
Job Requirements
  • Working location: Bedok Point
  • Able to work retail hours and shift work
  • Must be available within short notice or immediately
  • Able to commit to a 3 to 6 months contract
