Job Title: Customer Service Representative

As a key Customer Care Center representative, you can help bring a whole new world of possibility to market.
  • Interface with customers on post-sales activities (service repair or calibration etc.).
  • Provide service/parts quotes, follow up with customer/service partners
  • Process the order upon receipt of purchase order and see thru till service complete.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction as well as meeting service sales targets and quality operation metrics.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and service partners.
  • Monitoring and follow up of transship jobs
  • Coordinate with various functions/departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Tabulate service/parts service status reports
  • A recognized Diploma or University Degree
  • Experience and enjoy working in a customer facing environment. Post sales service business experience preferred.
  • Possess problem solving skillset.
  • Familiar in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel or Word.
  • Fluent in Madarin & English, a 3rd language will be added advantage. (in order to develop and maintain good relationships with  Madarin & English, and 3rd language speaking customers and service partners.)
  • Excellent written and telephone communication skills
  • Able to prioritize work in a fast pace environment with good time management skills
  • Shipping/logistics knowledge will be an advantage
  • General knowledge of electronics test instruments/products will be a great asset.
