Data Entry Clerk (Full-Time/5 Days on Rotating Shift)

• Assist with key entry of shipment information • Upload shipment and information records to UPS mainframe • Ensure on-time and accuracy of key entry • Support administrative duties (e.g. data filing/management) • Any other duties assigned from time to time
• Possess at least GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Certificate • Preferably with 1 – 2 years of relevant data entry experience • Team player; able to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast paced environment • Computer literate; typing speed of at least 40wpm • Willing to work shifts + 1 Saturday of the month: Full-Time (2pm to 11pm or 6pm to 4am for Mon-Fri shifts, 2pm to 9pm for Sat shifts) — Candidate is unable to select shift timings and work location (all depend on roster schedule)
• Willing to work overtime and/or on Public Holidays. • Work location will alternate between 22 Changi South and Airport Cargo Road.
