Job Overview
This role will be part of the IT Site Services team to provide operational support to Singapore and Regional offices. He/she will also assist the Service Delivery Manager in IT related Projects or requests by following up and executing them as well as provides support in troubleshooting and resolving IT related issues within the Service Level Agreement. It is also the responsibility of the headcount to execute IT policies and manage IT assets on behalf of the Service Delivery Manager. Finally, he/she will need to interface with vendors to resolve hardware or software related issues.
1. Onsite IT Support 
  • Provides maintenance, administration, monitoring, housekeeping of the local area network and servers in the C&W Office.
  • Provides user support with Microsoft Office 365 and other applications used by Cushman & Wakefield that entails installation and trouble shooting.
  • Provides support to remote users and other users working on Cushman & Wakefield Site offices.
  • Develops and implements Information Technology operational procedures and security guideline for Cushman & Wakefield.
  • Carries out Desktops/Laptops – installation (via SCCM) and setup, maintains software library and hardware inventory from time to time. 
  • Ensures data protection/ Data Security/ backup policies and procedures are being followed as per Cushman & Wakefield Global IT Polices.
  • IP Telephony Basic Level support and installation if applicable for your location.
  • Coordination work for regional project (e.g. template deployment, IT Audit check list, BPC Finance system support)
2. Provide Hardware and Software Support 
  • Laptop, Tablet, Desktop & Printers
  • Support provided based on Manufacturer warranty.
  • Microsoft Windows as per C&W standards
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
  • Internet Browsers such as MS Internet Explorer/Egde , Chrome
  • Anti-virus & any other software being used by C&W
3. Provide IT Service Desk for 1st and 2nd level support 
4. Ensure compliance 
5. Inventory updwate 
6. Provide IT technical support to C&W Remote sites 
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent qualifications. ITIL V3 Foundation certification, Microsoft and/or Cisco certification will be advantageous.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in providing IT services, supporting IT operations, basic IT hardware and software domain knowledge, able to identify business requirements to provide solutions to users.
