Talent Acquisition
  • Responsible for full HR cycle including screening of resumes, arranging of interviews and follow-ups.
  • Managing job portals, advertising channels and candidate management system.
  • Responsible for on boarding of new employees
Learning & Development
  • Coordination of New Employee Orientation
  • Planning and execution of training program
  • Follow up on training evaluation and report
  • Training Course registration and training grant application
HR Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain and update HR files and HR systems
  • Preparation of monthly HR reporting
  • Ad Hoc HR Projects
  • Minimum Degree holders in any field, prior HR experience preferred
