Job Description:

Job responsibilities 
• Provide full range of secretarial/administrative duties and personal assistance;
• Arrange/Coordinate meeting appointments and business schedule;
• Arrange travel and hotel arrangements for the directors/company (If needed)
• Prepare necessary papers for meetings;
• Draft and prepare letters, correspondences, reports and materials for meetings where necessary;
• Work closely with different business units
• Closely follow up with external/internal parties on the progress of projects;
• Perform office duties and general administrative support;
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties when required. 
  
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
• Proven work experience as a personal assistant;
• Superior writing and communication skills in English;
• Contract position.
