• Managing his calendar, scheduling of internal and external meetings (online and
in-person) at a global scale.
• Following up on MD’s emails for action items.
• Preparing PowerPoint slides when required.
• Building and/or sending out communications on MD’s behalf.
• Organizing and coordinating events/workshops/discussion sessions.
• Submission of MD’s expenses (via Concur) and approving internal systems on his behalf
(such as leaves, employee expenses etc.).
• Applying for visa when required.
• Booking of flights, booking of hotels and arranging transportation.
• Periodic update of client contacts.
• Supporting management team members at ad-hoc basis.
• Arranging and sending season greeting cards, gifts to client and vendors as and when necessary.
