Job Role
As part of the drive to attain NVPC’s vision of a City of Good, the Company of Good was established in 2016 to help companies give better. Companies engage in Company of Good to understand their giving profile, build their knowledge, capability and network, and partner with other like-minded businesses to do good.
With the upcoming new developments in the Company of Good, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate, driven individual who has the right purpose and aptitude to create impact to serve community and societal needs at a national level. This person should share the belief that corporates can be a powerful source of support to build greater social resilience for Singapore.
As the Company of Good programme continues to evolve, efforts are required to ensure that the various initiatives are designed and implemented synergistically and that progress is tracked. This role will focus on supporting the coherent strategic planning and implementation of the Company of Good programme in line with NVPC’s overall strategy and the monitoring and evaluation efforts. The candidate should enjoy liaising and coordinating with different stakeholders. He/She should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. We are looking for a professional who is strong in planning and administration, as well as project and resource management. He/She should ideally be highly organised, detailed oriented and has great initiative in driving excellence in his/her work.
Job Responsibilities
  • Support the development and updating of strategy and plans for the Company of Good team, including preparing the relevant documents, coordinating all relevant meetings and taking minutes and coordinating follow-ups as necessary.
  • Set up and manage systems and processes to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness for the various team areas of work. 
  • Lead team administration, including documentation, filing, stock-taking, procurement and other relevant administrative and logistical work.
  • Coordinate and track KPIs and budgets, as well as produce reports for reviews.
  • Collect and manage data for analysis and decision-making.
  • Manage incoming queries and coordinate responses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and manage events planning and execution.
  • Assist in vendor management and other relevant stakeholder engagement.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in business/ administration/ management/accounting/ marketing, information/ technology
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong planning and administration skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft software, especially excel for keeping records, tracking and analysis
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal / relationship building skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and develop strong strategic partnerships.
  • Strong events management skills
  • Positive attitude towards learning with an innovative mindset
  • Hands-on and detailed
  • Outgoing and team-oriented.
  • Highly organised and meticulous
  • Ability to work independently with personal initiative and the desire to meet personal and team objectives.
