  • Manage daily General Administration works including maintaining office stationery supplies or purchase of other ad-hoc items
  • Assist in HR functions (including recruitment, on-boarding, insurance and training)
  • Organising company events
  • Sorting of incoming mails and arranging of courier services.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related specialization
  • Proficient in MS Office Application
  • Basic experience in payroll will be advantageous
  • Meticulous and organized with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
