Job Description:

o As part of the Finance & Account department, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager, responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  •  Involved in implementation of new software on next year
  •  Assist in Year-End Audit & Internal Audit from HQ
  •  Process and verifying vendor invoices with project team and procurement team based on PO matching.
  •  Perform data entry into system, propose payment and prepare payment voucher before the scheduled payment run dates.
  •  Process and check employee travel expense reports, miscellaneous claims and project claims according to limit of company policies and procedures.
  •  Maintain proper filling system and documentation according company policies and procedures.
  •  Maintain and update balance sheet schedules for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing on time.
  •  Assist for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing on time.
  •  Manage monthly bank, AP/AR reconciliation for completeness.
  •  Prepare and update schedules such as prepayment, accruals or journal entry.
  •  Knowledge in GST for AP/AR.
  •  Assist in trade finance arrangement such as BG/LC/TR
  •  To perform any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.


o Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Banking

o At least one or two year(s) of working experience and willing to learn new things

o Must be meticulous, strong analytical skills and detail-oriented 

o Experience in fast paced industry will be a bonus

o Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines and under pressure

o Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) to be able to liaise with Chinese speaking associates on accounting duties.
