Job Description
  • General administration & basic accounting duties 
  • To manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Process supplier invoices and assist in making payments to suppliers
  • Prepare month end journal entries
  • To prepare Bank reconciliation
  • Prepare monthly operating cash flow forecasts / GST & various statistics reports
  • Prepare tax invoices, delivery orders and monitor overdue accounts
  • Any ad-hoc matters as assigned by management
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting or LCCI or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience related working experiences
  • Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, meticulous
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, flexible and responsive
  • Must be able to converse in Mandarin
  • Able to commence immediately will be advantage
