As the General Facilities Office Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Singapore operations. You will be the runner in the bank to ensure the smooth running of the operations.
Our client is a leading name in the banking industry. They have international presence and are currently looking for someone to help run their office.
• General facilities management • Maintenance of Printers/Scanners when needed • Vendor management with external vendors for maintenance issues • Receptionist management when needed • Procurement management for pantry supplies • CCTV maintenance and management • Card access management • Office cleanings management • Heather & Safety • Mail – dispatch management • Office security and entry reports • Ensure temperature and check-in’s foe employees • Receptionist coverage for when receptionists are not able to make it • Screening of calls incoming
• Office facilities management experience is a must as this role requires you to have that hands on knowledge • Receptionist and mail courier/dispatch exposure as this is required in the role • Some Health & Safety experience will be an advantage • Procurement of pantry supplies and back-stock experience • Experience in managing and assisting int he coordination for scheduled office cleanings
