The Guest Relations Officer is our Hotel’s Service Champion. He/She is responsibile for providing a great customer experience for our guests.
Ensure preference of incoming guests are prepared and ready prior to arrival.
Ensure guests receive a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out.
Ensure all customer queries are handled in a polite manner.
Basic services to guests (not limited to): Welcome guests on arrival, explain features of our rooms, describing our services, arrange wake up calls or taxi services.
Work with other departments, e.g. housekeeping team on schedules.
Awareness of all sales opportunities.
Assist in hotel events and marketing procedures.
Undertake additional responsibilites as directed by Management.
Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A-Level/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Required language(s): English, & other languages would be added advantage (in order to converse and welcome English and other different language speaking guests on arrival, explain features of our rooms, describing our services, arrange wake up calls or taxi services.)
0~1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): hotel management, computer
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
