Job Description:

  1. Handle full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to recruitment, training and employee relations.
  2. Carry out general office administrative tasks.
  3. To act as personal assistant to the Director in official, personal, administrative and confidential matters.
  4. To manage the company’s and the Director’s properties, including tenancies, repairs, installations & maintenance.
  5. Organise travel arrangements, itinerary and accommodation
  6. Driving for the Director
  7. Undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties when required.         
Requirements 
  1. At least 5 years proven experience in HR and office management in the medical fields or in other fields functioning as an Executive or Operation Manager.
  2. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Strong IT skills and background in Finance or Accounts.
  4. Ability to multi-task
  5. Able to provide secretarial support after office hours and during weekends
  6. Min Diploma in HR / Business-related studies or equivalent; additional qualification as a personal assistant, accounting  or secretary experience will be a plus
  7. Able to start immediately.
  8. Hold a valid Singapore driver’s license
