Job Description:


Primary: Payroll/ Worker Management

  • Attendance management of workers
  • Timesheet management and Leave Management of Non-Exec Staff
  • Payroll management
  • Updating employee payroll related data in ERP software
  • Prepare and maintain the personal record of all work permit holders within the company
  •  Manage and execute pass expiry/ renewal dates
  • Assist to manage the Work Injury Process
  • Submit worker project allocation reports to finance on a monthly basis


  •  Liase with agent to get the worker details who will be on board.
  • Handle the onboarding/training/ repatriation of workers
  • To arrange for immigration bond for the new workers
  • Process work permit (in a larger scale) application, cancellation, renewal through MOM website
  • Co-coordinating for appointments with MOM on work permit card and medical check up for the same.
  • Bank account opening of Work permit holders
  • Arranging dormitory rooms and updating supervisor on arrival of new worker
  •  Assist in recruitment process includes but not limited to sourcing & screening application, arranging interview, and etc.

Leave Management:

  • Receive Leave application of workers and updating the same in system
  • To file the leave application form.
  • To ensure all leave is applied in system before employees goes on leave
  • To book tickets to workers who will be going on annual leave once in a year

Training and Development:

  • To ensure all new workers will go through mandatory training as per MOM regulations
  • To coordinate with MOM listed training centers to book training for new workers, existing workers whenever its necessary.
  • To file all training certificates in worker P file accordingly.

Other General Duties

  • Work closely with HR Head in planning for employee reward/ benefit programs and as well as recreation and recognition program
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  •  Administer employee benefit programs, answer employee questions, support claim resolution, and maintain related systems.
  • ·To administer and effectively implement the disciplinary process, grievance process and termination process, ensuring that all actions are in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • To process annual increment of workers
  • Any other job as assigned by your superior
  • To ensure that all employee contracts are up-to-date, including specific clauses, renewals, expiry, termination of contracts and archiving of contracts

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business / Management or any related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; with experience in ERP HR system would have an advantage (Synergix)
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge and experience in local employment laws and HR practices
  • Background in Construction /Civil Engineering industry would be an advantage
