  • Job Description
  • Job advertisement placement and arrangement of interview
  • Work permit application, renewal and cancellation,
  • Payroll, sales commission, incentives and working hours for the sales team,
  • Tracking of staffs’ benefits, managing of annual leave, medical and staffs personal records,
  • Answering of calls and receiving visitors
  • Administrative functions such as stationary and facility maintenance
  • Supports the Finance Director in selected field data entries,
  • Supports e-commerce logistic arrangements
  • Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business or related fields with 3 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS office applications and Times Software
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Positive, meticulous, well organized and self-motivated
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
  • Experienced in retail industry an added advantage
  • Applicant who can start work immediately would be an advantage
  • Willing to work in the East area
