Job Description:

Due to rapid expansion we are looking for the right HR professional to support and manage local HR projects and activities that aligns with company strategy. This person will determine and recommend employee relations practice necessary to establish positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
Your Delivery 
  • Own the onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
  • Manage employee records, overtime and attendance through HR system
  • Maintain and update internal databases with both new hire and existing employees’  information
  • Prepare appointment letter and other disciplinary letter when required
  • Update, maintain, implement, and distribute HR guidelines and policies
  • Publish and remove job ads
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Conduct employee exit interview
  • Prepare monthly reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
  • Respond to employees’ questions about compensation and benefits
  • Process monthly Singapore payroll to finance for processing
  • Submission monthly CPF contribution to CPF board
  • Management work pass applications, renewal, cancellations
  • Liaise with Statutory boards (IRAS, MOM, NS-Men and WDS)
  • Liaise with External Auditors
  • Administer training course and grant application
  • Organise and arrange of company events and gathering
  • Other ad hoc duties such as: 1) Monitor company’s vehicles, rental and insurance renewal and expiry  2) Manage office pantry and stationery monthly 3) Provide support on office administrative matter
Our Request  
  • At least 2 years’ work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of Singapore labour law is a must
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet is a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive work attitude
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in Info-tech is an advantageous
  • Experience working in a start-up is a big plus
