Job Description for HR Assistant
  • Creation & maintenance of employees’ personal files, update employees’ date to payroll system.
  • Assist in monthly salary computation for around 400 employees
  • Maintain, update and process leave records for employees
  • Opening of bank accounts for foreign workers.
  • Assist in preparing of employees’ employment contracts.
  • Distribution of mails to all employees on a daily basis.
  • Provide general support for all HR activities and events
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource/Business Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in HR field.
  • Proficient in MS word & Excel
  • A good team player with high integrity and professional code of ethic
