Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Schedule and plan to send workers for training courses
  • Handle monthly foreign worker related duties such as apply & renewal of WP / Spass/ EP other passes, levy waiver and contract renewals of employees
  • Responsible for the maintenance, co-ordination and administrative set up of system access activation and de-activation (from on-boarding to off-boarding) and updating of employees database.
  • Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available.
  • Update and maintains proper filing of HR documents
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks & EMS will be an added advantage
