Job Descriptions

·      Assisting HR & GA manager in full spectrum of HR & GA functions, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development and general affairs administration etc.

·      Process end month payroll and ensure that it is processed timely and accurately

·      Ensure timely and accurate monthly CPF submissions, IR21, IR8A and Bonuses/ Increment & etc.

·      Submit government claims (NS/ maternity/ childcare leave) within stipulated time frame

·      Prepare weekly/monthly HR, payroll and overtime report

·      Generate HR Letters (i.e. Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion & etc.)

·      Work pass administration (SP, EP, TEP, EP, LOC)

·      Handle recruitment processes (advertisement, screening interview scheduling, offer and onboarding activities) 

·      Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance to internal and local regulations

·      Monitor and perform application and renewal of food and liquor licenses

·      Administer and submission of group insurance claims

·      Assist in all Safe Management Measures matters

·      All other ad-hoc reports and duties assigned by HR & GA Manager

Job Requirements

·      Min. Diploma/Degree in HR or Business Administration or related studies with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant HR experience preferably in F&B industry

·      Good knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices

·      Demonstrate good leadership qualities, honest, mature and enthusiastic attitude

·      5-day work week (8.30am to 5.30pm)
