KEY PURPOSE Provide efficient and effecitve administrative support to HR business partners and stakeholders with regard to administration of employee life cycle.
Ensure authorized approval and required documentation are checked and completed for all HR letters (include Letter of offer, confirmation, transfer, resignation acceptance, termination, salary adjustment, re-designation/promotion, and certification of employment, etc)
Preparation of HR letters, getting them signed by authorized personnel, and promptly submit the letters to BP/Hiring Manager to make offer
Notify relevant stakeholders (eg. Personnel in EDM, Work Pass, Background Screening, Infection Control, IT, and P-file) as and when required.
Updating of the vaccination records for Healthcare accounts.
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
1 year of HR related or admin experience, preferably familiar with HR matters
