Job Description:

You will be the Nursing learning partner, support the deployment of Nursing conference & courses, learning initiatives & corporate training.  As part of your job portfolio, you will also cover the following: coordinate the Cybersecurity e-learning deployment at hospital level, deployment of core Leadership program, learning initiatives, learning budget and statistics reporting.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably related to the disciplines of education/training management or behavioral sciences
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in education/training management
  • Strong project management skills and able to handle multiple initiatives
  • Good critical thinking skills, meticulous, adaptable, strong interpersonal and communication skills
