The incumbent should be highly meticulous and possess good numerical and analytical skills. You will report to the Head of Human Resource . 
Job Description
You will assist the Head of Human Resource in the following functions
  • Staff Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Staff Performance and Career Progression Management 
  • Compiling and Analysing Monthly and Yearly Staff Movement Statistics
  • Assist in yearly Manpower Budget Exercise
  • Assist with application and follow up in Grants and Funds
  • Assist in Workman Compensation Insurance administration 
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Human Resource. 
Requirements
  • A degree or postgraduate diploma from any recognised institution and preferably major in Human Resource Management.  
  • iHRP certified will be an advantage. 
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in performing Human Resource functions and payroll
  • Good written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and a good team player
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment
