Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversees organization’s full spectrum of recruitment process, including posting of job advertisements, screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and follow up on each status
  • Plan and execute HR policies and implementations within the organization
  • Responsible for managing job portals and candidate filing system
  • Prepare monthly HR reports for manager 
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma Holder
  • 1-2 years of experience in related field preferred
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Task oriented and responsible
  • Positive mindset
