  • Maintain HR database

  • Administering compensation and benefits for employees
  • Performance management of employees
Requirements
  • Position requires minimally a Diploma
  • Prior experience in related Human Resource duties is ideal but not mandatory
  • Must pocess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and excel in a dynamic fast-pace environment
