Job Description:

  • Maintain service level within SLA
  • Create support documents
  • Level 1 (Desktop/Device support) and Level 2 (Platform support)
  • Log and keep records of customer queries.
  • Responsible for all aspect of technical support services, product testing and repair services.
  • Manage corporate IT assets and responsible for smooth operations of end-user computing devices.
  • Must be effectively bilingual in reading, understanding and writing to communicate with team in China.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service and results-oriented, pro-active and possess a positive work attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, and work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Be able work independently and as a team
  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support
  • Hands-on experience in IT system support and computer service experience using Microsoft Windows.
