Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority
Manage management’s calendars and organising events, meetings and appointments
Take effective minutes and organise thoughts in clear and concise manner
Assist Management with their follow-up items and ensure team members are well-prepared for meetings
Research, plan, coordinate and execute regular PR activities, campaigns and corporate communication on behalf of management, including drafting and distributing content such as newsletters and releases, videos and presentations to internal stakeholders
Track performance of PR activities, campaigns and corporate communication.
Provide administrative and secretarial support, such as travel arrangements, company claims, and ad-hoc requests including the directors’ personal matters
Maintain and monitor office and management services by ensuring office and management operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled and documented, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed
Examine current office policies, and implement new procedures and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
Coordinate and prepare office and management operational reports to monitor efficiency
Coordinate with IT department to monitor performance of IT service and office equipment
Research, execute, oversee and monitor new and existing developmental projects for the various retail and non-retail businesses and industries under the Group (e.g. new business venture, corporate branding, culture building, and any other initiatives)
Conduct news monitoring for business and industries under the Group.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
