Job Description
We are looking for people to fill various roles – Kennel Cleaner (Full day), Dog Feeder (Flexi hours), Dog Caregiver (Flexi hours). You can choose any day from Monday to Sunday.
$90-$100 per day (Full day)
$15 per hour (Flexi hours)
Kennel Cleaner: 9am – 7pm or 8am – 6pm (2hr lunch break)
Dog Feeder: 9am – 1pm or 5pm – 9pm *Minimum 3 hours is required
Dog Caregiver: 12pm – 6pm *Minimum 2 hours is required
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Kennel Cleaner – Washing kennels / Restocking food items and supplies / Cleaning fans and walls / Laundry of towels, bedding etc.
  • Dog Feeder – Feeding of all the dogs / Including simple food preparation, feeding of their meals and supplements, administering medication etc.
  • Dog Caregiver – Bathing 7 dogs (within 2 hours) / Basic dog grooming (cut nails, clean ears) / Observe and highlight dog’s skin or fur coat issues etc.
Requirements
  • Experience taking care of dogs.
  • Be caring and patient.
  • Be reliable and able to act on their own initiative.
  • Be able to calm anxious and nervous dog.
  • Have stamina and fitness for physical tasks.
  • Be practical and prepared to deal with dirt and waste.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Love dogs.
