Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop business plan and implement marketing strategies to bring in more laboratory testing contracts.
  • Source and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Obtaining leads, prospecting and follow up calls, meet clients.
  • Provide technical sales consultations to clients and sales closing.
  • Renew and review existing client accounts and manage the sales cycle.
  • Preparations of proposal and submissions of laboratory tenders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with existing customers while exploring new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with laboratory management on the business development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Science, Business, Sales or Marketing with laboratory background.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in similar industry preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Independent, self-motivated, pro-active and results oriented.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills to assess the financial potential of new opportunities and existing business,
