Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Electronic and physical filling
  • Documentation / Bundling / practice specific duties
  • Coordinate details relating to both internal and external meetings
  • Organise all travel booking and related matters
  • Assist with / manage billing process
  • Undertake basic legal research
  • Provide reception coverage, as required
  • Ad-hoc support to other fee earners and secretarial team
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of legal secretarial experience
  • Knowledge of relevant legal terminology
  • Willing to work on a 12-month contract role.
  • Good communication, able to work as a team and flexible.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment effectively and efficiently
  • Please indicate your language abilities and fluency (English / Mother tongue)
