Job Description:


  • Answer customer inquiries- phone and email
  • Write cheques and assist with petty cash management
  • Prepare and submit customer invoicing in Cargowise and TMS
  • Scanning and Preparing files for vendor invoices for payment
  • Create customer-specific reports and internal metrics
  • TMS creation of jobs
  • Monitoring Office and Warehouse supplies stock status – i.e. dry-ice, carton boxes, packing tools, materials, and pantry. Reorder as needed
  • Assist with cross-departmental projects when necessary
  • Assist with warehouse duties such as pick/pack, receiving stock, Stocktake, and general housekeeping
  • Perform light pick & pack activities.
  • Assist with company procurement and sourcing projects    
  • Assist with inter-departmental projects and initiatives.


  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Proficient with WMS and TMS a plus
  • Basic-Intermediate Excel
  • Excellent written / verbal English
  • Good Customer Service
  • Professional disposition and demeanor
  • Critical Thinking
  • Good Organizational and Task Management skills
  • Self Starter and Detail Oriented
