The ideal candidate will provide assistance to the Modern Trade department in relation to the implementation of merchandising and distribution plans. You will be working in a dynamic fast-paced environment where you should possess the ability to analyze buyer behavior and trends.
On-Site Inventory and Visual Merchandising Management
Display, arrange, price, and rotate products in store
Maintaining store shelves by observing displays of company products, removing damaged or freshness-dated products, tidying store shelves, and providing optimum display of products
Maintaining inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory, observing inventory levels, prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low and arranging for return and credit for damaged products
Inputing data and findings on-site through the auditing report system
Monitor store inventory based on sales and intake
Collate information pertaining to product sales and stock turnover rate
Conduct on-site shoppers’ profiles and perform purchasing and buyer behavior analysis
Monitor the performance of any promotional activities and analyze the effectiveness of these activities
Present on-site analysis and data with interpretation and suggestions of improvement
Analyze and carry out competitor analysis within the outlet and recommend ways to gain a better competitive advantage in each unique situation
Building of Customer Relationships
Maintains customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees
Collate customers’ feedback in relations to the product categories, product quality, visual merchandising and other inventory and operational matters
Familiarise with products to provide extensive and detailed information to the outlet team to encourage them to carry out onsite upselling
Execution of Onsite Promotional Strategies
Setting up displays at aisle ends, checking daily on special promotions, observing customer reaction to special promotions, forwarding observations to management, and removing promotions at the end of the special promotion period
Execute any promotional or sampling activities at the booths set up at the respective outlets and locations
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Category and Product Management, Manage Partner Relationships.
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Merchandising or equivalent.
