They are looking for an experienced Office administrator who is well-versed in office administration and front desk duties. Please note that the incumbent is required to sit at the front desk counter and manage the front desk duties however the visitor volume of the office is not expected to be high.

Candidate with short notice or Immediate is preferred

Location: Raffles Place

The Talent

  • Looking for a Diploma with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of office administration in an international working environment
  • Exceptional knowledge and experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications
  • Ability to write professionally, have an excellent command of written English, grammar and strong proofreading skills
  • Flexibility to work with multiple personalities and with all levels of management within an organization
  • With a strong passion for legendary customer experience and always prepared to ‘go the extra mile’ in delivering support on time and to the highest standards
  • With outstanding interpersonal communication skills

The Job

Maintain all office services and maintenance.

  • Handle of front desk duties
  • Manage the purchasing of all office supplies, furniture, equipment & printing
  • Design and ensure office efficiency through the planning and implementation of office systems and layout and office relocation (if appropriate).
  • Design and implement office policies – ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards and maintained.
  • Manage travel and logistics for visitors to Singapore – internal and external visitors
  • Handle office renovation, and office move (if applicable).
  • Vendor management – contract renewals, contract finalization, quotation and negotiation of contract terms, purchase and maintenance of office equipment & services.
  • Assist in APAC events management such as admin and logistic support for conferences and seminar
  • Support Senior Directors with their expense claims & Travel Arrangement (Air ticket, VISA, accommodation, etc)
