As Office Administrator, the selected candidate should a meticulous person. You will be supporting the administrative functions within the organisation including reception, booking of meeting rooms and other general administrative duties.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in administrative job functions to support operations 
  • Assist in validating incoming invoices
  • Proper registration of holidays and sick leave 
  • Any ad hoc projects and duties may be assigned
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Determined and discipline individuals
  • Able to work in a team and communicate well
  • Singaporeans Only
