Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to CEO, including the coordination and organization of CEO and internal team schedules
  • Provide logistics and executive support for internal and external business meetings, and company events (e.g. board meetings, annual general meeting, company lunches, etc.)
  • Responsible for the general day-to-day office administration of the company
  • Supervise a team comprising admin staff supporting front desk duties, such as answer and direct phone calls, receive and sort incoming mail and delivers, office document couriers, etc. ¬†¬†
  • Oversee business visa/travel and hotel bookings, office equipment and archival storage, office cleaning and inventory of office pantry and stationery supplies
  • Assist with Corporate Real Estate matters and manage renewal of lease, delivery of office maintenance and handle any office moves or renovations
  • Maintain good relationships and manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
  • Maintain and improve administrative processes that would support time and cost-efficiencies
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Maintain a mature discretion in handling confidential information/issues
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a positive attitude and able to work independently¬†
