Job Description:

  • Assist in daily operations arrangement and relevant documentation work
  • Perform administrative duties to support the operations department
  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating operations work processes and work plans
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum “N/O/A” Level
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Ability to multi task and handle work pressure with a positive and can-do work attitude
  • At least 1 year of working experience is preferred
  • Immediate starters preferred
