Order processing leader for both offline & online orders
Handle, process, communicate & record retailers’ purchase orders timely – order input, order confirmation with information needed by retailer, invoice sharing, order tracking, delivery information & promptly communicate these to retailers
Handle and process orders on e-commerce platforms like Lazada timely – Trigger order in internal order systems, liaise with internal & external stakeholders like logistics/e-commerce/finance to ensure order fulfilment on platforms
Management of communications with third-party warehouse for inbound/outbound deliveries/replenishments
Product Serial number monthly compilation for local registration agency when required
Customer service to digital platform enquiry
Assist with launch/event/animations set up offsite
Submission of vendor’s payment applications
Prepare all credit note upon Sales Manager or Sales Executive’s approval for returned/damaged/discontinued goods.
Provide customer service to digital platform enquiry.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Perform other administrative/assignments which management may assign from time to time.
Diploma and above
Experience in business operations/ sales support and/or customer service strongly preferred
Well organized – Ability to manage & fulfill purchase orders across different retailers within SEA & India
Committed to meeting deadlines
Candidates who’re able to start immediately will be prioritized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English & Mandarin.
Ability to work independently, flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environment.
