Administrative support arm between multiple stakeholders in the organisation and gatekeeper for compliance to organisation’s processes.
Execute order management functions (not limiting to) post-sales support and coordination, order placement and fulfilment, shipment delivery, billing arrangements.
Responsible for all administrative duties in relation to local / overseas delivery activities including preparation of AWB / Commercial Invoice / Packing List, coordinating with forwarder(s) and monitoring shipment schedule from end-to-end.
Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth information transition between teams in accordance with Business process / ISO Standards.
Provide support in Inventory Management and participate in annual stock take.
Initiate and seek continuous improvements to streamline operations, eliminate waste and target increase productivity.
Perform any other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
A driven and organized personnel with initiative and positive team-oriented attitude
Meticulous, organized, pro-active and able to work under pressure
Service oriented with great communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and perform in fast paced environment with minimum supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office / SAP
Relevant work experience in data management / administrative roles
Familiarity with shipment arrangements and compliance.
Background in ISO 9001 and 14001 (2015)
Familiar with IT/Electronics parts would be an advantage
