Job Qualifications:

  • Work days: Wednesday to Sunday
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Ability to speak Mandarin is advantageous. (in order to handle requests and queries from Mandarin speaking customers.)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience Management
  • Respond to customer enquiries (via phone and email) and feedback to continuously improve product & service quality
  • Work closely with the technical team to improve the product features
  • Collect and collate feedback and suggestions from customers on improving the app and service quality, and recommend it to the management for implementation
  • Prepare customer communication material on a regular basis
Pay: $2,000.00 – $3,000.00 per month
Experience:
  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (Required)

  • Yes
