Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
1. Perform HR Support Services in support of the recruitment ops team.
2. Put up advertisement in online portal /liaise with recruitment agencies.
3. Conduct initial shortlisting of candidates.
4. Liaise with hiring Divisions and internal HR on interview dates.
5. Contact candidates to schedule interview sessions.
6. Check timesheets for interns and temp staff, and salary/OT computation.
7. Maintain, update and conduct verfification on Singapore Government Directory (www.SGDI.gov.sg).
8. Assist Team Lead (Senior Ops Executive) in other office management support services when needed.
9. Assist in service support of events.
Job requirements and other attributes:
  • Education: Diploma holder with preferably a Graduate Diploma in HRM or HRD.
  • Experience: Prior working experience in HR is a plus.
  • Competencies / Personal Traits:
  • Pro-active, Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • HR knowledge, skills and competencies.
  • IT savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office (especially essential for excel etc.)
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Have a pleasant & positive working attitude.
  • Meticulous and attentive to details.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet SLA, KPI and project datelines.
