Job duties:
  • Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and organizing a smooth delivery of healthcare service.
  • Oversee and conduct periodic reviews to existing procedures and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Implement processes to improve operational efficiency and workflow.
  • Respond to and support MOH’s healthcare financing and internal policies.
  • Analyse various KPIs and report results to various stakeholders regularly.¬†Support the adherence of processes and practices in clinic operations to achieve good governance and audit outcomes
  • Coordinate and liaise with clinics to operationalise and support the implementation of initiatives, projects or workflows roll-out.
  • Support projects or initiatives that brings innovation, better patient experience, better cost-savings etc.
  • Manage internal/ external communications.
Job requirements:
  • Recognised degree.
  • With experience in operations management, project management & performance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication (written& verbal), organisational skills.
