Responsibilities:
  • Assist in crowd control and render assistance to passengers at stations
  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers
  • Educate passengers on the use of ticketing machines
Requirements:
  • GCE ‘N’ Levels and above
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in the service industry is preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills with a passion to work with people
  • Willing to work on eves of public holidays, public holidays, Fridays and weekends
  • Ability to identify colours
