Job Description

Job Description:

You will work closely with patients and the relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of hospital bills. This includes handling patients’ queries, maintaining proper documentation as well as checking billing reports. You will also provide administrative support to the department.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level or Diploma, preferably with 1-2 years’ of relevant experience
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, independent and adaptable to change
  • Customer-oriented and meticulous with a flair for numbers
